7月5日，凯瑞德（002072）发布公告，公司与艾可萨科技（成都）有限公司及其全体股东签订《投资合同书》，公司以自有资金现金8000万元认购标的公司新增注册资本，对应增资后11.7647%股权。
增资完成后，公司持有标的公司11.7647%股权，不会对标的公司形成控制，亦不会将其纳入公司合并报表。
2026年一季度，凯瑞德实现收入1.39亿元，归母净利润-449万元。
