政策很多，轮番出台。
知错能改，善莫大焉。这本很好。
但是，提个建议：
不要把政策做成“衣裳”
而是要把政策做成“营养”
现在对经济把脉，经济发展缺的是营养，不是衣裳。政策要真正滋润经济发展壮大，而不是像衣裳一样一件一件穿在身上，好看没滋养。
