智通财经讯，中国玻璃(03300)公布，于2026年7月3日，公司间接持有的一间非全资附属公司临沂中玻与内蒙古玉晶订立转让协议，据此，临沂中玻同意向内蒙古玉晶出售其日产能为500吨的平板玻璃产能指标，代价为人民币7,500万元。
在计及代价及相关交易成本后，预计集团将取得收益约人民币7,100万元。出售事项所得款项将用于集团的一般营运资金。
