人民能源7月3日讯：据中国石油化工股份有限公司公告，公司于2026年6月15日召开的董事会审议通过回购方案，预计回购金额5亿元至10亿元，用于维护公司价值及股东权益。2026年6月18日首次实施本轮回购，截至2026年6月30日，已累计回购A股股份53,790,690股，占公司总股本比例0.04%，购买最高价4.87元/股、最低价4.44元/股，支付总金额249,999,599.50元（不含交易费用）。本次回购的股份将全部用于注销并减少注册资本。
