7月3日，联创电子（002036）发布公告，王国勋因个人原因，辞去公司副总裁职务。辞职后，王国勋将继续在公司担任其他非高级管理人员职务。王国勋担任副总裁职务的原定任期到期日为公司第九届董事会任期届满之日。
2026年一季度，联创电子实现收入16.51亿元，归母净利润-9680万元。
