7月3日，星辉娱乐（300043）发布公告，公司召开第七届董事会第三次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任财务副总监的议案》。董事会同意聘任刘小玲为公司财务副总监，任期自会议审议通过之日起至第七届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，星辉娱乐实现收入2.56亿元，归母净利润5183万元。
