2026年7月3日，跨境电商独立站建站平台SHOPLINE宣布与Shopify达成全面和解。Shopify将撤销针对SHOPLINE商家的所有诉讼，涉诉主题模板可继续使用，业务不受影响。双方在互不承认责任基础上解决全部主张，正待法院批准。SHOPLINE称和解旨在保障商家正常经营，不构成任何侵权承认。该公司已于2025年推出OS 3.0主题，完成产品架构迭代。
