广州严查楼盘“偷面积”，荔湾一旧改住宅项目因私改立柱收到全市首张罚单。近日记者走访广州各大新盘发现，仍有部分开发商通过阳台改房、飘窗扩容，大肆违建偷面积，部分 86㎡户型套内可达 91㎡，使用率直接冲到 120%。
