人民财讯7月1日电，欧盟气候监测机构哥白尼气候变化服务局和“哥白尼海洋服务”计划7月1日联合发布公报说，6月21日当天全球海洋表面平均温度打破历史同期纪录。
过去数月，全球多个海域都观测到海洋表面异常高温。公报警告，海洋表面高温可能影响天气模式，增加风暴、极端降水和洪涝风险，加剧海平面上升和冰雪融化，对海洋生态系统、渔业和沿海经济等造成压力。
