根据《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》《非药用类麻醉药品和精神药品列管办法》有关规定，公安部、国家卫生健康委员会和国家药品监督管理局决定将二氟乙咪酯等16种物质（详见附表）列入《非药用类麻醉药品和精神药品目录》。
本次列管的替来他明，不包括在中国境内批准上市的含替来他明的兽用麻醉药品。
本公告自2026年7月1日起施行。
