格隆汇7月1日丨景峰医药(000908.SZ)公布，第九届董事会第三次会议审议通过了《关于变更公司证券简称的议案》，同意变更公司证券简称，中文简称由“景峰医药”变更为“石药景峰”，英文简称由“Jingfeng Pharmaceuti”变更为“CSPC Jingfeng”，公司名称、英文名称、证券代码均保持不变。公司本次变更证券简称的申请已经深圳证券交易所同意，公司证券代码保持不变，仍为“000908”，新证券简称的启用日期为2026年7月2日。
