7月1日，*ST国中（600187）发布公告，丁宏伟辞因工作调整辞去公司财务总监职务，之后仍担任公司董事长、总裁及首席运营官职务。
同时，公司于2026年7月1日召开董事会，聘任胡朔晨为新财务总监，任期至公司第九届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，*ST国中实现收入5047万元，归母净利润1751万元。
