7月1日，巨轮智能（002031）发布公告，公司财务总监喻晓因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。喻晓在离任后仍担任公司控股子公司的财务负责人，截至公告披露日，未持有公司股票。
同时，公司董事会决定聘任杨海涛为新任财务总监，任期至第九届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，巨轮智能实现收入1.18亿元，归母净利润-3584万元。
