近日，多位天津中国移动用户反映，收到来自中国移动官方的短信，把“尊敬”打成了“奠敬”。
7月1日，天津中国移动客服告诉记者，该问题是系统识别异常导致，已把相关情况上报，后续会加强日常系统的审核监管，杜绝此类问题再次发生。
