6月26日，杭州市生态环境局等6部门联合发布关于印发杭州市区老旧柴油货车淘汰更新补助实施细则（2026-2028年）的通知，正式将国五柴油货车纳入补贴范围。
根据补贴规则，在2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日间对国五柴油货车进行淘汰更新的，在淘汰补助和更新补助基础上，再给予首年淘汰奖励和首年更新奖励，叠加国四车的补贴基础使用，重卡累计补贴加起来可以拿到19万元。
