人民财讯6月30日电，6月30日，银禧科技(300221)公告，公司年度股东大会召开，全部七项议案获得通过，其中第七项为股东彭朝晖发起的《关于修改公司章程的议案》，总同意股份1.3242亿股，占出席有效表决权75.0028%；反对3894.42万股，弃权518.86万股；中小股东层面同意比例82.4936%，反对占比14.2740%，最终仍满足表决通过条件。
