智通财经APP讯，康惠股份(603139.SH)发布公告，近日，公司全资子公司上海康惠智创网络科技有限公司(简称“上海康惠智创”)以邀请招标方式中标关联方河北亿广云数据有限公司(简称“亿广云”)的数据中心改造项目,中标价格(含税)5059.92万元，其中施工工程中标价格(含税)为2953.39万元，设备采购中标价格(含税)为2106.54万元。
2026年6月30日，上海康惠智创与亿广云签订《机电安装工程合同》及《设备采购合同》，合同金额与中标价格一致。
