6月30日消息，半导体设备板块延续强势，联得装备20cm涨停，正帆科技涨超10%，华亚智能、屹唐股份、富乐德、中科飞测、北方华创跟涨。
消息面上，6月29日，韩国政府宣布将在西南部建设四座芯片厂，投资约800万亿韩元。此外，三星电子和SK海力士也发布了大规模投资计划，这两大存储企业今后十年的投资金额有望超过1000万亿韩元（约4.4243万亿元人民币）。
