北京时间6月29日，篮球记者Evan Sidery在社交媒体上谈到了兰德里-沙梅特。
“热火、湖人、步行者、马刺、太阳等队都被认为会对沙梅特展开追逐。随着多支劲旅预计将沙梅特列入引援名单，尼克斯今夏恐怕很难留住他。”Sidery写道。
今年夏天，沙梅特将成为自由球员。2025-26赛季常规赛，他出战51场，首发12场，场均得到9.3分1.8篮板1.4助攻，投篮命中率43.7%，三分命中率39.2%。
