智通财经APP讯，泛海集团(00129)发布截至2026年3月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入63.33亿港元，同比增加163%;股东应占亏损18.61亿港元，同比减少50%;每股基本亏损1.31港元。
公告称，亏损主要由于财务投资亏损净额(包括减值拨备及已变现亏损)12.42亿港元(2025年：28.44 亿港元)及投资物业的重估亏损 5.45 亿港元(2025年：6.39 亿港元)所致。
