界面新闻获悉，近日，华金证券纪委书记、CIO鲍磊与合规总监花金钟都将离职，目前已在相关流程中。鲍磊在华金证券工作多年，负责公司数字化战略及科技团队管理。花金钟在加盟华金证券之前曾任中原证券股份有限公司副总经理。此外，花金钟还曾在河南莱恩(集团)股份有限公司、中国长城资产管理公司郑州办事处、中国证监会河南监管局工作过，2018年3月加盟中原证券，2023年进入华金证券。
