格隆汇6月29日丨瑞为技术(07656.HK)发布公告，公司拟全球发售2808.7万股H股，中国香港发售140.44万股H股(可予重新分配)，国际发售2668.26万股H股(可予重新分配)；2026年6月29日至7月3日招股；发售价将为每股发售股份21.66港元，H股的每手买卖单位将为200股，华泰国际、建银国际及农银国际为联席保荐人；预期H股将于2026年7月8日开始于联交所买卖。
