6月26日，港机集团宣布旗下多项高级管理层任命。苏崇德于2026年5月起出任集团财务总裁，接替时任集团财务董事施世华；施世华已转任太古地产首席财务官。现任集团部件及发动机服务董事柳珊嬅将于2026年6月荣休，其职位由香港航空发动机维修服务有限公司（HAESL）行政总裁艾卓贤接任。现任港机（香港）行政总裁Peter Murton获委任为HAESL行政总裁。太古轮船首席转型官兼太古特运董事贝乐明将加入港机集团，出任港机（香港）行政总裁。
