6月26日，厦钨新能(688778.SH)公告称，公司拟在香港新设全资子公司香港厦钨新能，并通过其与EMI在马来西亚合资设立控股子公司，投资约6458万美元(折合人民币约4.5亿元)建设年产1万吨锂离子正极材料项目。项目资金来源为自有及自筹资金，建设期计划自2026年9月至2027年6月。本次投资旨在完善海外产能布局，满足海外市场需求，不构成关联交易或重大资产重组。
