大韩航空将于今年12月17日完成对韩亚航空的合并，并正式成立统一航空公司。韩国国土交通部6月25日表示，已完成对大韩航空针对其子公司韩亚航空提出的法人合并申请的《航空事业法》审查，并对该合并予以附条件批准。
