6月25日，天山生物（300313）发布公告，因经营需要，公司与控股股东厦门舍德供应链管理有限公司签署借款合同，厦门舍德为公司提供总额不超过5000万元的无息借款，期限为18个月，单笔借款期限自资金到账之日起算，借款利率为0%。本次借款事项构成关联交易。
2026年一季度，天山生物实现收入1.19亿元，归母净利润416万元。
