格隆汇6月25日丨富祥股份(300497.SZ)在互动平台表示，公司关键中间体三氮唑现有500吨/年产能，其中150吨产能自用，配套他唑巴坦原料药生产，剩余350吨产能可以对外销售，产品可用于医药、电子化学品等领域。公司生产的电子级三氮唑纯度可达到99.99%，可切入电子化学品半导体清洗剂的供应链。
