据环球时报报道，阿里巴巴已起诉美国国防部，要求将其从“中国军事企业名单”中移除。阿里强调其非军工企业，未参与“军民融合”，指美方决定毫无事实依据。6月8日，美方将阿里、百度、比亚迪等列入该名单，阿里表示强烈反对并将采取法律行动。今年2月美方曾短暂列入阿里后又撤回，此次举动被认为是有意将其纳入涉军认定框架。
