【财华社讯】灵宝黄金(03330.HK)公布，公司非执行董事兼控股股东王冠然计划未来约12个月内，在公开市场以其自有资金收购增持公司不超过1600万股H股股份。其可能会根据市场状况和适用的监管要求，不时增持公司股份。目前，王冠然间接持有公司489,111,164股H股股份，占公司已发行股本总数(不包括任何库存股份及已回购但尚未注销的H股)约35.5%。
