6月23日，中国太平发布公告，公司独立非执行董事罗范椒芬因有意投入更多时间处理其他公务及个人事务，辞任公司独立非执行董事、审计委员会及提名薪酬委员会成员职务；公司非执行董事周梁刚及冯占武获委任为公司审计委员会成员。公司独立非执行董事刘怡获委任为公司提名薪酬委员会成员。均自2026年6月23日起生效。
