6月23日晚，恒安国际在港交所公告，董事会主席兼执行董事施文博因个人健康原因暂时休假，董事会已议决委任公司现任执行董事兼行政总裁许清流，于施文博休假期间出任董事会代理主席，自2026年6月23日起生效。许清流于担任代理主席期间，将继续担任公司执行董事兼行政总裁。
