智通财经APP讯，伟俊集团控股(01013)发布公告，根据对本集团截至2026年3月31日止年度(本年度)的未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，本集团预期将取得不低于4000万港元的综合净亏损。从去年的经审核净亏损约1030万港元增加至今年不低于4000万港元的未经审核净亏损，主要是因为上年度取得可换股债券条款修改的收益约2360万港元，而本年度并没有相应的收益。
