近日，郴州一名教练车驾驶人在带着学员去参加驾考的路上，在高速收费站被查出醉酒驾驶。该教练还称：“当教练的我们知道，开车不能喝酒”。
李某因涉嫌危险驾驶罪，将被依法吊销机动车驾驶证，五年内不得重新取得，并面临刑事追责。目前，案件正在进一步办理中。
