6月23日，存储芯片概念震荡拉升，同有科技（300302.SZ）涨超10%，普冉股份（688766.SH）、北京君正（300223.SZ）、德明利（001309.SZ）、香农芯创（300475.SZ）、大港股份（002077.SZ）、时空科技（605178.SH）跟涨。
消息面上，据报道，三星电子第六代高带宽内存销售额突破10亿美元大关。三星电子今年2月12日全球率先实现HBM4量产出货，仅4个多月就取得上述成果。
