今年是我国未成年人检察工作创建40周年，最高人民检察院今天（23日）发布未成年人检察工作40年发展报告。报告显示，2025年，检察机关受理审查起诉未成年人犯罪和起诉侵害未成年人犯罪人数同比分别下降9.8%、2.2%，实现近五年来首次“双下降”。
