6月22日，宝龙地产控股有限公司宣布，寻求法院批准计划的呈请已于2026年6月17日聆讯，计划已获批准。
根据公告内容，批准令已于2026年6月22日送交公司注册处处长登记。
宝龙地产表示，于本公布日期，所有计划条件均已达成，计划生效日期已于2026年6月22日落实。
公告提示，所载交易的完成须待先决条件获达成或豁免后方可作实，股东及投资者在买卖证券时务请审慎行事。
