当地时间6月22日，卡塔尔能源大臣萨阿德·卡阿比称，有13人在莱凡角工业城一家工厂爆炸中死亡，另有66人受伤。这次事件是一起意外事故，而非侵略或破坏行为。
萨阿德·卡阿比表示，卡塔尔方面已经开始对事故产生的具体原因展开调查，爆炸没有对周边环境造成危害，也不会影响卡塔尔的能源出口能力。（总台记者 周宣）
