格隆汇6月22日丨中国国家文化产业(00745.HK)公告，根据对集团截至2026年3月31日止年度(「本期间」)之未经审核综合管理账目进行初步审阅後，集团预期于本期间将录得公司拥有人应占溢利约1330万港元，相较于截至2025年3月31日止年度(「上期间」)录得公司拥有人应占亏损约480万港元。本期间转亏为盈的结果主要归因于本期间确认的持作买卖的金融资产公平值变动约1540万港元。
