每经AI快讯，6月22日消息，蚂蚁集团官网信息显示，新一届董事会已完成换届：清华大学经济管理学院院长白重恩、小鹏汽车董事长兼CEO何小鹏、德勤中国原首席执行官曾顺福获聘新任独立董事；港交所前主席史美伦、全球知名AI学者张宏江继续留任。换届后，蚂蚁集团董事会继续保持9人阵型，独立董事占比超过50%。
