人民财讯6月22日电，5年前的6月21日，首批公募基础设施领域不动产投资信托基金（REITs）登陆沪深交易所，这一创新品种正式步入国内投资者视野。5年来，市场常态化发行提速，底层资产类型持续扩容，监管制度日臻完善，功能效应稳步释放。截至目前，全市场已上市86只REITs，募资总额达2450亿元。
