人民财讯6月18日电，6月18日，纳芯微宣布推出基于其自研的第三代电容隔离技术的三通道数字隔离器——SP301H/L系列。作为面向RS485通信隔离应用打造的新一代产品，SP301H/L在传输速率、功耗表现、抗干扰能力及封装尺寸等方面实现升级。
