格隆汇6月18日丨永泰地产(00369.HK)发布公告，2026年6月17日，卖方(New Ego Limited，公司的间接全资附属公司)订立合约，据此，卖方已同意出售及买方(即NPLH SVR Ltd)已同意按代价购买该物业，代价为3100万英镑(相当于约3.25亿港元)。该物业指1 Savile Row, London W1S 3JR的永久业权物业(产权号码164977)，该物业拥有室内净面积约为1.4万平方尺的甲级写字楼及高端零售场所。
