格隆汇6月18日丨南南资源(01229.HK)发布公告，集团预期将录得由截至2025年3月31日止年度约7179万港元的溢利，转为截至2026年3月31日止年度(“2026财政年度”)不超过1000万港元的亏损。
2026财政年度的亏损主要由于以下因素的净影响：(i)公司于2008年发行(将于2029年3月13日到期)的2亿港元零息可换股债券的公平值变动亏损，其于2026财政年度指定为按公平值列账并在损益内处理的金融负债约6513万港元；及(ii)毛利减少，主要源于煤矿业务的销售成本增加及平均单位售价下降。
