6月17日，爱施德（002416）发布公告，公司召开董事会会议，董事会选举周友盟为董事长，同时担任战略委员会召集人和提名委员会委员，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会换届之日止。
同时，季刚当选非独立董事，并被聘为总裁，同时担任战略委员会委员，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会换届之日止。
2026年一季度，爱施德实现收入154.75亿元，归母净利润1.28亿元。
