TrendForce最新报告指出，台积电目前聚焦CoPoS，并锁定310×310毫米基板尺寸，预计2026年是相关设备与材料商的关键验证期，2027年进入试产，2028下半年正式量产。此外，台积电下一阶段布局重点预计将转向玻璃基板，量产或将在2030年后实现。
