2026年6月17日，汇宇制药(688553.SH)公告称，公司收到中信建投证券函件，保荐代表人田斌因个人工作变动不再担任，侯云飞接替其与杨泉共同履行持续督导职责。
根据公告，公司IPO持续督导期已于2024年12月31日届满，但因募集资金尚未使用完毕，保荐机构将继续履行相关督导义务。侯云飞为保荐代表人，现任中信建投投行副总裁。
