格隆汇6月16日｜德意志银行证券美国首席经济学家Matthew Luzzetti表示，近期新屋开工数的下滑可能是由于多户型住宅开工数这一波动性较大的部分出现了接近创纪录的降幅。Luzzetti告诉《华尔街日报》：“建筑许可作为房地产市场一个相对更稳定的指标，其数据非常接近预期。“虽然他表示房地产市场一直未能成为该国经济重要的增长来源，但他“也不想根据今天上午的数据就得出房地产市场正在断崖式下跌的结论。”
