当地时间15日，美国高级官员表示，美国已与伊朗签署谅解备忘录。美国总统特朗普、副总统万斯签署了谅解备忘录，伊朗伊斯兰议会议长也签署了该文件。
该官员还表示，协议规定立即开放霍尔木兹海峡并解除美国对伊朗的封锁。海峡内的交通量即刻起将大幅增加。（央视记者 曹健）
