新华社马尼拉6月15日电（记者赵晨捷 李萌）菲律宾火山地震研究所15日发布消息说，菲律宾南部棉兰老岛附近海域当天17时18分许发生6.2级地震。
消息说，震中位于北纬6.13度、东经126.95度，震源深度约94公里。棉兰老岛南部地区有震感。
菲律宾位于环太平洋火山地震带，地震频发。（完）
