新加坡副总理兼贸工部长颜金勇6月15日表示，该国将采取四项措施发展黄金交易市场，包括设立场外黄金清算系统、推出央行黄金保管服务、发展黄金相关资本市场产品，以及调整基金税务优惠计划下对实体投资型贵金属限制。
颜金勇称，新加坡交易所将在2026年底前设立场外黄金清算系统，银行同业交易预计从2027年起逐步发展。
